Ronald serves as Project Manager for Circular Consulting, using his expertise in Construction Management, Quality Assurance (QA), Process Improvement, Safety Compliance, and Quality Control (QC) to get the job done no matter the task. He has been with Circular for more than 15 years.

Ronald leverages a construction support monitoring skillset to investigate on-site activities to promote work environments free of fraud, waste, and abuse.
